Job Description:
- Hold minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in agriculture or related discipline from reputable university
- Has minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in related position (marketing and selling agronomy in retail market)
- Capable to build up and lead effective marketing and sales team
- Has a good network with distributors and retail chain of Agronomy business in Indonesia (priority ; Java, Sumatera, and east Indonesia)
- Has a strong knowledge of business model in agronomy retail market and deliver to effective business strategy
- Must have strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly for the operation and promotion of the product in the territory of Indonesia
- Monitor all marketing and sales activities and to ensure all activities in accordance with marketing plans, business plans and company standards and procedures
- Propose and seek approval from the Director of Operations of the selling price of the product in accordance with the specified range to avoid irregularities in determining the selling price
- Conduct performance analysis of existing product growth to be submitted to the Director of Operations, including products - new products that will be proposed
- Presenting regular reports to the Director of Operations of the market situation is up to date and to provide suggestions, ideas or alternatives in the situation at hand
- Develop, locate and define product development plans effectively and efficiently to suit the budget set
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers / suppliers and customers old / new suppliers that are considered potential, including government institutions related to the goal of achieving the company's business plan
- To coordinate the inventory availability and distribution schedules with the PSD
- To coordinate with the Ministry of Finance & Accounting to ensure the appropriate payment terms and conditions agreed upon and in accordance with standard enterprise procedures
- Coordinate and supervise the performance of each of the subordinates in order to develop the potential of subordinates in coordination with HR
