Job Description:

• Support the subordinate in performing audit work.
• Support audit function to all operation activities
• Assign for regular internal audit task, SOP review, improvement and socialization
• Organized audit assignment to get annual audit report on time

Requirements:

• Having good communication with all Management and Audit Committee
• Detail oriented, creative and good personality
• Experienced in related position for minimum 2 years preferably Public Accountant Firm or Manufacturing Industry.
• Good knowledge in SAP or HRIS other system.
• Bachelor of Accounting / Industrial Engineering / IT.
• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 Reputable University.

• Having good analytical thinking and leadership
• 5-7 years experience in HR/GA field. Manufacturing or Dairy Industry would be advantage.
• Bachelor/Master of Psychology/Law. Min GPA 2.70 (Bachelor) and 2.80 (Master) out of 4.00
• Placement Jakarta Factory
• Manage the implementation of all HR GA function
• Having role as company’s strategic partner to build and improve General HR system (recruitment, industrial relation and development, compensation & benefit, policies & procedures) to meet company’s vision and mission
• Manage and advise company policies and collective labour agreements
