Project Manager - Batam

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction in planning and organizing work with vendors, client and consultants to ensure work is carried out as project planned and expected.
• Supervise sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good workmanship
• Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely progress claim in accordance to the planned scheduled
• Ensure timeline cost and quality targets are fully met
• Provide Timely Project Progress reporting to management.
• Detect Project problems and ensure effective corrective measures are executed
• Other Ad-hoc Duties required to carry out

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Civil & Structural engineering or project management
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Infrastructure Projects
• Excellent communication skills among customers, vendors and developing team work
• Positive working attitudes to learn new technology, managing project risks and maintain the best customer satisfactions
• Proficient in AutoCAD Drafting Software, 3D Studio will be an added advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Overseas Project when required
