Possess Bachelor degree  atau Diploma 4 graduate majoring in:

• Electrical Engineering, Powerline, Electricity Power sistem (Code: S1  atau ELE)

• Mechanical Engineering (Code: S1  atau MES)

• Civil Engineering (Code: S1  atau SIP)

• Industrial Engineering (Code: S1  atau IND)

• Diploma III graduate majoring in:

• Electrical Engineering, Powerline, Electricity Power sistem (Code: D.III  atau ELE)

• Power Low, Electronics, Instrument, Control (Code: D.III  atau ALE)

• Mechanical Engineering (Code: D.III  atau MES)

• Civil Engineering (Code: D3  atau SIP)

• Marketing Management, Trade Administration, Business Administration (Code: D.III  atau NIG)

• Marketing Management, Trade Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration (Code: D.III  atau ADM)

Qualifications 

• Not married and willing to not get married during Diklat Prajabatan

• Born in 1989 or thereafter for Bachelor degree  atau Diploma 4 graduate

• Born in 1991 or thereafter for Diploma 3 graduate

• Minimum GPA 2.75 for S1/ELE, S1/MES, S1/SIP, S1/IND, D.III/ELE, D.III/ALE, D.III/MES, D.III/SIP positions

• Minimum GPA 3.00 for D.III/NIG, D.III/ADM positions

Required Documents:

• Application letter, alamated to: PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta

• Curriculum vitae

• Copy of birth certificate (if doesnt have yet, can be submitted on Interview)

• Legalized copy of education diploma  atau Surat Keterangan Lulus

• Legalized copy of latest education transcript

• Copy of National Identity Card (KTP)

• 2 pieces 3×4 size recent colour fotograph (write your name on back side)

For cross majors program graduate (Diploma III graduate continued to Bachelor degree  atau Diploma IV) please also submitted: legalized copy of Diploma 3 diploma and transcript

For last semester student who are currently completing the final project  atau thesis, are encourage to apply with the terms:

• Will be graduated no later than May 2015

• Attach Surat Keterangan Sedang Mengerjakan Tugas Akhir  atau Skripsi when applying

• During the selection process, if there is a data mismatch, the applicant will be knocked out

Selection Tests:

• Documents Screening

• Intelligence Test

• Academic and English Tests

• Psychological Test and Group Discussion

• Medical Check Up (for applicants with disabilities, special Persyaratan imposed in accordance Persyaratan and regulations)

• Interview

• Diklat Prajabatan

• The order of selection process may change according to the PT PLN (Persero) needs

• The selection stages (Documents Screening – Interview) will be held in Medan, Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, Kupang, Jayapura

Other Provisions:

• Applicant only allowed to apply for 1 position, based on their education level and major

• Selection tests result for every stages and the invitation for next stage will be announced at www.pln.co.id
