- Menguasai Undang-undang ketenaga kerjaan, dan penyelesaian masalah perburuhan
- Menguasai teknik dan aplikasi proses recruitment & membangun jaringan kerjasama recruitment di lembaga-lembaga external seperti: Lembaga pendidikan, kampus, sekolah.
- Menguasai proses pengembangan SDM melalui pengembangan kompetensi, merancang program trainning,Sistem kinerja BSC/KPI dll.
- Mampu mengkoordinir dan mengembangkan tim HRD (Recruitment, pengembangan SDM,GA dan Payroll)

Description:
- Plan, implement and monitor human resources policies, practices and services (e.g. staffing, separation, training and development) required to ensure the quantity and quality of human resources are commensurate with short- and long-term business needs .
- Develop organization to meet business requirements and ensure effectiveness of organization
- Availability of sustainable regeneration system, reliable employee performance profile
- Implementation of training program to increase employee competency (indicators: career path, timeless of development program, reliable training module)
- Planning of manpower requirements, recruitment process, employee training and development, employee work discipline, and all aspects related to human resource development
- Smooth running of performance management program according to strategy
- Compliance of compensation and benefit implementation to policy
- Updating the accurate employee records, compliance rate to company policies and government regulations
- Develop the harmonious working climate, both internally and externally
- Ensure permanent human relations through active listening at all levels of the organization and propose & implement solutions to all personnel issues
- Manage and control social and health care plans, social insurance, company car policy and other HR policies
- Manage the recruitment, selection, integration and training process at all levels in the company
- Implement and follow up HR group policies: performance appraisals, job descriptions and classification, international training and development
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (min.) in management, psychology, law or other related field
- At least 5 years’ of experiences in human resources Manager, preferably within Manufacturing company
- Strong communication and people management skills, including recruitment and developing recruitment plans
- Experience in talent management, as well as expertise in employee relations.
- Expertise in personnel administration, labor law and regulations
- Experience in handling expatriate documentation
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits and classification systems, able to calculate salary.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis of accounts, budgets and reporting processes
- Good interpersonal, communication and self-motivated
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as self-motivated
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java
