Quality Assurance Engineer Supervisor - Karawang
Job Description:
- Being Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance standards and procedures including those relating to testing and maintenance methods, procedures, data collection and traceability, inspection and testing equipment.
- Developing, implementing and sustaining provided training relating to problem solving techniques.
- Coordinating the plant auditing function and maintaining related records.
- Implementing and sustaining ISO/TS 16949 systems and related certification.
- Planning and scheduling works, analysing problems related to delays, poor quality, rejects and inadequate controls.
- Leading customer complaints and supplier quality issue investigations and working with the team to come up with proactive action plans to drive quality and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinating, ensuring compliance with, and following the company working rules and regulations including those relating to ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 specifications.
- Taking responsibility for the laboratory facilities comprising of QA staff. Working closely with the Production and Production Engineering teams to ensure conformance to the specified material and product requirements
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering,Electronics or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in QA
- ISO/TS16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 trained is preferable.
- Having knowledge of Minitab, PPAP, APQP and 8D.
- Good communication, and negotiation skills
- Master in 7 QC tools.
- Experience in Manufacturing company and multi- national company is a plus
- Familiar with computer literacy Microsoft Office and Window Applications
- Mature and self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently
- Excellent of spoken and written English/Japanese
