Manufacturing Manager Job (Automotive Electronic Parts Manufacturing) - Batam

Job Description:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or other technical discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing management positions, familiar with the whole process of manufacturing, the production plan subdivision arrangements, on-site management, schedule control, quality control, personnel management, equipment management
• Familiar with 6S and lean manufacturing methodologies
• Good knowledge about ISO TS 16949 as well as 14001
• Team-oriented, flexible with strong leadership skills
• Structured method of operation, self-dependent with an ability to work well under pressure and given deadlines
• Independent, motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Manages the production activities of the company to achieve company goals and target
• Ensure the product has been produced in accordance with company standards
• Able to analyse aspects of production processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Find ways to reduce scrap and production costs
• Responsible for production plan execution and productivity goals achievement
• Monitoring the performance of the subordinates and ensure daily reporting
• Ensuring procedures and ESD handling
• Supervises quality personnel as required
