Job Description:

• Provide technical guidance and assistance, support and advice to their clients or customers Responding and replying telephone calls, analyzing problems and resolving Responsible for designing, installing, and managing an organizations LAN, WAN, Internet or intranet system Resolve customer IT and communications problems.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
• Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to troubleshoot any hardware / software
• Able to troubleshoot computer network and wireless, xDSL network
• LAN adv, Server, Routers, Mikrotik, Windows & Unix ( Linux/BSD) adv
• Working knowledge of TCP-IP, Networking, applications software, computer and network hardware and software
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Have very good oral and written communications skills
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Work well as part of a team
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Full-Time position available.

• Minimal Qualification Diploma (D3) any kind of major
