Batch Plant Manager (WPK-BP-BPM) - Pekanbaru
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineer from a reputable University
- Male, age required 25-35 years old
- A minimum of 5 year experience in supervising a ready mix concrete plant (handling productions, sales, trouble shooting of Concrete Batching Plants)
- Demonstated ability to multi-task with a track record of performing with high ethical standards.
- Must be goal-oriented with a demonstated ability to achieve goals
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be self-mitivated and able to work independently
- Strong planning skills.
- Awareness of quality control
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge English Language is a plus
- May work in shift / on call
- Placement at Pekanbaru
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the plant operates effectively, efficiently and safely while delivering the highest quality ready mix concrete to customers. Responsibilities will include:
- Assist site team with operation of plant.(Including production, transportation & delivery)
- Identify, delivery and review all staff training requirements.
- Manage entire plant operations to ensure efficiency
- Batching, inventory management, scheduling of raw material deliveries and preventative maintenance
- Ensure efficiency of delivery fleet & personnels
- Ensure all paper work and reports are completed accurately and returned to management
- in a timely manner.
- Ensure Audit actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow up on complaints, liaising with plant, sales and customer services to ensure swift and final resolutions by eliminating root cause.

Batcher Concrete Mixing Technician (WPK-BP-BCMT) - Pekanbaru
Requirements:
- Minimum STM / SMK Any Degree
- Male, age required 22-30 years old
- Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training performing batching, blending or quality assurance functions.
- At least 3 years of working experience as batcher is required for this position.
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge English Language is a plus
- May work in shift / on call
- Placement at Pekanbaru
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge in concrete mixing, mixing ratio, mixing design, mixing quality test.
- And well understanding of chemical component and concrete enhancers admixtures.
- Efficiently batches product with the proper mix and water content, making any necessary raw material and moisture adjustments.
- Understand the proper use of each mix design.
- Ensure that safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
