Financial & Accounting Manager - Jambi

Job Description:

• Day to day management of company’s financial controls
• Develop appropriate financial policies and procedures to properly maintain and report financial results, ensure the successful implementation of the financial policies and procedures, and prepare annual financial budget report.
• Complete monthly and annual financial statements in full compliance with corporate standards and all applicable regulatory including accounting and tax systems in Jakarta or Jambi, Indonesia
• Support in all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and general accounting as requested
• Familiar with cost control and procurement activities audit in the wood manufacturing industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to build effective working relationships across the organization, managing a small accounting team and their development

Requirements:

• Age between 22 - 45 years
• Minimum education to college with major in finance or accounting
• 5+ years financial accounting working experience and 2+ years financial management experience
• Must have a thorough understanding of all Indonesian accounting, tax and other related requirements to ensure the company is in compliance with these requirements
• High skills with MS Office and prepare financial report with Excel, experience in financial accounting software will be regarded
• Highly organized and self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and people management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• English or mandarin speaking and writing preferred
• Should be an honest and trustworthy person
• Work location in Jambi
