Finance Director (Hospitality)  - Jakarta Raya

Job Description:

• On behalf of our client, an established international hotel chain, Swisslinx is searching for an experienced financial controller to be based in Jakarta.
• As the Director, you will be leading the finance team in Indonesia and manage the operational aspect of finance together with the senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of the finance function
• Preparation of budgeting and forecasting
• Submission of financial reports and analysis report to the management team
• Ensure that all statutory and tax reporting are completed accurately and reported in a timely manner
• Ensure that that company's internal controls, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Manage and liaise with the external auditor on all audit matters
• Plan and coach staff in their career development with the group through monitoring of KPI

To be successful for the role you will need to fulfil the following:

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in finance leadership role;
• Possess past working experience in 4 or 5 star hotel industry;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Hotel management and accounting systems;
• Proactive and hands-on leader who enjoy challenges;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
• Familiarity with the Indonesia accounting and tax would be beneficial;
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia/Malay will be an advantage to liaise with counterparts
