Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager (Jakarta)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from economics/finance/accounting with 3-4 years experience in financial
• accounting, vat and financial analysis
• Applies good working knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Highly result oriented and good analytical skills
• High quality of work and problem solving skills
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Age 28-35 years old
• Closely coordinated with all departments to ensure smooth operation

Responsibilities:

• Produce Tax Reconciliation
• Reviewing A Month transaction from: Sales in GL compare to Sales Invoice, VAT Recon,
• Trade Rec, Down Payment
• Provide Monthly Tax Report Activities
• Prepare & Checking of the Tax Report PPh 21, 23, 25 & 4(2)
• Prepare & Checking of the Tax Report PPN/VAT
• Provide Invoicing acivities Review & Approval for all Sales Activities inline with Annual
• Tax/Revenue
• Provide Inventory Activities
• Review Import Watch & Spareparts by Fedex
• Review All of Importation Budget vs Actual
