Job Description:

• Design and develop native mobile applications for Android.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• Understand good programming design patterns.
• Intermediate understanding of Java.
• Showcase at least 1 Android app, much better if it has been published to Play Store.
• Developers coming from .NET are also encouraged to apply.
• C# developers will have an advantage.

Business Analyst - Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya)

Job Description:

• Gather an accurate, detailed user requirement, analyze business process, and define the most optimal solutions.
• Design and review both new and existing process flow to ensure the most efficient and effective process has been put in place.
• Work with System Architect to design solution to be provided.
• Design test scenarios to ensure application quality.
• Deliver User training and provide first level support during system deployment phase.
• Conduct UAT and User Training.
• Work with team members and related departments to ensure a smooth development & deployment.
• Implement best practices throughout the development & deployment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experiences in system development and analysis.
• Have knowledge in ERP or have Accounting background is a huge plus.
• Strong logical and analytical skill.
• Proficient with UML and ER diagram.
• Good reading, writing, and logic skills required.
• Familiar with MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 or equivalent.
• High attention to detail and high responsibility towards the success of the project.
• Demonstrate ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fast learner, good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, excellent team player and also able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to client site temporarily.
