Production Controller - Production Technical (Batam)

Job Description:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any field
• Experience in the same position especially production supervision and Quality control terms at least 1 year
• Have Strong leadership skill and creativity
• Awareness on ISO System
• Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
• Proficient in MS. Office
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Developing continuous improvement (kaizen, QCC, 5S) and APQP; P-FMEA; SPC
• Responsible to meet daily output
• Ensure materials are on line, according to production schedule and consume accordingly to BOM
• Ensure finished products meeting customer requirement so needed for coordinate and manage production activities.
• Communicate and work closely with Planning, QA, and engineers on production schedule, changes and revisions from customers or engineering changes
• Ensure that new employees perform according to proper work methods, quality requirements, company policies and procedures.
