Job Description:

• D3 or higher in business administration     
• Fluent in English
• Having experience in facilities management, especially handling receptionist and cleaning service team
• Minimum 2 years working experience is similar job (property background will be an advantage)

Facility Engineer - Bandung

Job Description:

• Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3 years of working experience in facility and/or project management work, particularly in office building.
• Good communication skills, including good command of English
• Good personal and interpersonal skills
• An organized person and a team player
• Proven managerial and leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Bandung area

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and directs Vendors, Contractors and technicians in the day-to-day operations, service, and maintenance of all structural, mechanical, electrical and all other systems/equipment serving the property
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electric, plumbing, building automation or energy management systems, door hardware, and basic construction principals
• Ability to read, understand and utilize wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and blueprints
• HVAC repair and troubleshooting skills including heat pumps, chillers, boilers, RTU’s, VAV’s, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.
• Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting skills to include copper and PVC pipe repair and replacement
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on physical structures, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Work with subcontractors and vendors as needed
• Respond to and completes as appropriate, tenant service requests regarding lighting, plumbing, heating and cooling and other building problems
