Food Production Instructor - Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Indonesia, Oriental and Western Cuisine
• Familiar with variation of cycle menu
• Maintain hygiene in the kitchen
• Inventory control daily, weekly and monthly

Requirements:

• Male
• Mature with age maximum 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Production or Diploma, with 4 years experience at the same capacity in large scale Catering Company or as Executive Chef minimum at 4 star Hotel
• Has trainer certified, can conduct F & B training, HACCP training, FSMS / USPH training
• Able to operate a computer (Ms Office, Power Point)
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Strong leadership qualities, a self starter with excellent interpersonal and analytical skill
• Target oriented and able to work independently
• Willing to travelling at remote area
• Willing to be placed at Branch Office Balikpapan (East Kalimantan)

• Fresh graduate from Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Management.
• Familiar with F & B product and Service
• Has potential Leadership Qualities, Self
• Starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer & Service - Oriented person with passion and dedication
• Good communication skill in Indonesia and English language (min passive)
• Willing to work for long hours in a high pressure environment
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Power point, Word & Excel)
• Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan
• Handling inventory in dry store and cold store
• Receiving and checking material purchased accordingly
