Responsibilities:

• Architectural plans, structural plans and M.E.P plans revisions and optimization
• Construction work supervision on the field (structural and finishing work) and daily quality control
• Construction schedule optimization
• Progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Site Manager or Construction Manager
• As-built drawings and as-built specifications reports
• Communication with contractors
• B.O.Q analysis

Requirements:

• Indonesian applicant
• Civil Engineer or Architecture background (S1 Technic civil / Architecture)
• Minimum 2/3 years experience in similar position
• Results oriented, good organization, work autonomously with initiatives
• Full-time job
• Able to work immediately
• Computer skills: E-mails, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad 2D
