Business Development Executive - Banjarmasin (Kalimantan Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities and the achievement of targeted market share & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
• Business development and creating demand through the activations of the outlets.
• Engage and influence the customers through regular outlet visit.
• Consistently provide the best service & understand the customer needs and influence them.
• Implement standard activities in the outlet in accordance with the provisions of the company.
• Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in his area in line with the management strategy.
• Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales target within assigned territory.
• Periodically monitor Distributor performance and following up with corrective action.

Requirements:

• S1 graduate from any discipline.
• Having experienced as a sales supervisor or promotion representative for min. 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal relationship, as well as team working.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Excellent in negotiation skill and integrity.
• Pro-active and achievement-oriented person
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Familiar with Ms. Office program
• Hold driving license “A
