MEP Supervisor - Bali

Job Description:

• Responsible to make report (daily/weekly/monthly) for Setha Bali management and site manager about the progress of the project
• Attend meeting with consultants, vendor & contractors
• Coordinate between Architect, consultant, and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical high school (STM Mesin/Listrik)
• Experience minimal 5 years
• Preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
• Able to understand, superimpose & oversee of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing drawings
• Expert in oral & written communication (Indonesia, English)
• Applicant must be willing to work in Yeh Gangga, Tabanan, Bali

Civil Project Supervisor - Bali

Job Description:

• Responsible to make report (daily/weekly/monthly) for Setha Bali management and site manager about the progress of the project
• Involve in project meeting
• Attend meeting with consultants, vendor & contractor
• Managing client relation
• Assisting in planning & designing with principal

Requirements:

• Candidate must be possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Site management experience in architectural, construction and technical knowledge
• Experience minimum 2 years
• Preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in engineering-civil/construction/structural or equivalent
• Coordinate between Architect & Site Progress
• Able to understand, superimpose & oversee various drawings, which consist of (structure engineering, MEX P, interior design, landscape & other specialist)
• Perform various architectural drawing, interior drawings & presentation (visual communication)
• Perform design schedule to match project time schedule
• Expert in oral & written communication (Indonesia, English) 
• Applicant must be willing to work in Yeh Gangga, Tabanan, Bali
