Responsibilities:
- Management Assistant and work programs: Trains, review, evaluate, and develops
- Management ERP application and database:
- Maintain current system database and Axapta application as main ERP management system.
- Implement controls for data input and output for Finance and Accounting, Inventory and Fiscal computer system.
- Analyze, evaluate and oversees recommending modifications and upgrades. Monitoring implementation of new system, ensuring integrating system and effective coordination with end users.
- Management Information System:
- Manage and expand hardware, software, networking, and telephone system.
- Manage Security for:
- Organization : Standard Operation Procedures or Policies
- Personal : Authorize access rights for data and internet access
- Physical : Antivirus, UPS for electricity outage, blocking devices or USB storage to prevent virus and data theft, special room for servers
- Manage data with regularly backup to external storage and recovery system.
- Manage documentation for Standard Operation Procedure (for ISO and Finance audit), Computer System documentation, and Telephone System documentation.
Requirements:
- Man or woman with high personal integrity and strong leadership
- Fluent in English, clear in communication with colleagues, subordinates, and superior.
- Team player, able to work under pressure, high motivation, be attentive to targets and deadlines
- S1 information technology, with minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Well experienced in:
- Networking, hardware, and software
- Windows server 2008, Exchange server 2007, Windows 7
- Dynamic Axapta 4, SQL server 2005, Kaspersky Anti-Virus Management
- Fortigate, PABX Panasonic TDN, Cardnetic attendance record, Photo copy machine
- Develop application program (VB, VBA).
