Responsibilities:

• Candidate will handle of architects function from concept design to construction stage
• To fully express design ideas and able to communicate with project team
• Monitoring portfolio design with excellent design and good time management
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers at various stages of the project
• Coordinating work with engineers,  subcontractors, and superintendent to achieve project goal
• Developing a checking plan for each project to ensure quality

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Understand building construction, standard materials , advanced analysis , design concepts including computerized design calculatiot interpersonal skills, accurate, hardworker
• Having problem solving skill, detns
• The ability of computer (XRef,Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop)
• Self motivated, creative, excellenail oriented, and responsible person
• Willing to be placed in Medan

• Responsible for sales activities
• Having good relation with customer
• Responsible for monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Male
• Age 30 - 40 years old
• Minimum S1 from any major
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the same position from Shipping Line Company / Freight Forwarding
• Fluent in English is a must but able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Good leadership, proactive, excellent interpersonal skill
• Proven track record, has existing customer and customer base
• Has own transport
